Friends

I will forever remember this night and will explain why in future posts. But what a great, unforgettable night!

Throughout the last few years I have begun to understand my relationship with my friends as something much more significant than it has ever been in my life. They are, in a very true sense, my experience of the love, compassion and care of God in my life. This realization has caused me to look at things they do and listen to things they say much more intentionally and with an awareness, not only of their love, but of the great love of a God who acts and speaks through them to me. I am thankful for my friends and am reminded tonight of their God-ordained roles in my life.

A Good Day With the Fellas

It was the first time all four of us have been able to go out and smack some golf balls around. Jonah did a great job on his first day out.

just kidding!!!  sheesh.  settle down.  we're not those parents.

but he IS good. and it was fun to watch him during his first year of baseball.  his team got 4th in the league.

CD Releases...Finally

So it was cool to finally release the CD.  

Both releases were great and it will be cool to see what God does with these songs moving forward from here.  

Honestly, probably the thing I'm most stoked about is the fact that God is taking not only the trials and difficulty I have been through, but the struggles that Ethnos Church has been through, and He is using them to encourage the Church beyond Ethnos.  I think that is very cool!  

 

"Alright" CD Release Events :: COMING UP!

I wanted to make sure you knew about a couple dates coming up very quickly. So here you go. A week from today, Wednesday May 28th @ 7:00pm, we will be having the first CD release event. It will be @ Crossroads Church in Vancouver, WA. Check out the schedule on www.myspace.com/paulrameymusic to get the address. The second CD Release event will be June 8th @ 7:00pm. This event will be @ Ethnos Church. Again, check out the myspace site schedule for the addresses. For the June 8th event, Ethnos Church will be gathering from 5-6:30pm, so if you want to come to the service before the CD Release Event, feel free. We would love to have you. 

I hope you all can make it to one of these two CD Release Events. It's weird to even call them CD Release events because they are going to be worship events celebrating God's presence in the midst of pain and suffering, and not so much "concerts." But I guess it fits since we'll have CD's you can buy at both of them. So I guess it's true since the CD's are "dropping" (that one's for you, Jimmy).

For those with the propensity to plan, CD's will be $12 - cash or check.
