Friends

I will forever remember this night and will explain why in future posts. But what a great, unforgettable night!

Throughout the last few years I have begun to understand my relationship with my friends as something much more significant than it has ever been in my life. They are, in a very true sense, my experience of the love, compassion and care of God in my life. This realization has caused me to look at things they do and listen to things they say much more intentionally and with an awareness, not only of their love, but of the great love of a God who acts and speaks through them to me. I am thankful for my friends and am reminded tonight of their God-ordained roles in my life.
